Bordered Gauze Adhesive Island Wound Dressing, 4" x 8" Dressings, 15 Ct., 1 Box Each, MSC3248Z, By Medline:

• It helps protect against infection at incision sites, pressure ulcers, and full-thickness wounds. Contraindicated for 3rd-degree burns and for patients who are sensitive to dressing components.
• Water-resistant backing helps prevent moisture buildup.
• Non-woven adhesive borders
• 2" x 6"  (5cm x 15cm) pad coverage area
• 4" x 8"  (10cm x 20cm) total coverage (including adhesive)
• Latex-free
• Sterile
• Can be left in place for up to 7 days

Instructions: Remove Bordered Gauze from the package, remove one side of the paper liner. Place over the wound and surrounding skin. Remove the remaining liner. Smooth dressing over skin and wound.
