Directions
With the plunger pushed in, twist the applicator onto the tube Squeeze the bottom of the tube to force lubricant into the applicator and fill the applicator to the level you want (2 or 3g fill line). Untwist the applicator from the tube To apply, insert the applicator into it. This can be done while standing, lying down, or sitting Hold the barrel of the applicator in place and push the plunger all the way in to release the lubricant into it. Discard the applicator following use
