Sounds obvious, but after you open the bag, the freshness clock is ticking, so brew Boyd's Coffee within one week of opening for best results (No freezing or refrigerating, or you'll compromise flavor). 2. Use 2 tablespoons of coffee per 6 fluid ounces of water. If you aren't fond of measuring, use two big spoonfuls for every large cup you want to brew. Or, just experiment until you love it. 3. Brew with cold water heated to precisely 200 degrees F.
